Refund & Cancellation Policy

This page explains, in plain language, how cancellations and refunds work for a GSED registration. It summarizes Sections 4 (Cancellation and Variation) and 5 (Fees) of our Terms of Use, which remain the authoritative terms.
Your 3-day cancellation window
Once we have confirmed your purchase and a legally binding agreement is in place, you may cancel within 3 (three) days. The 3-day period starts on the day after we conclude our agreement and confirm your order.
If you have purchased an Online Course and have already received your Swiss Innovators Club LMS username and password, and have accessed, downloaded, or started to use any of the Online Course material, then the 3-day period instead starts on the day after your first sign-in to the LMS (the online learning platform).
After the cancellation window
After those 3 (three) days you no longer have a right to cancel your order.
Beyond the cancellation window described above, there is no other right to cancel or vary your purchase of the Services. Any other cancellation, or any change to course dates, is at the entire discretion of Swiss Innovators Club.
How fees and refunds are handled
Fees are charged to your card at the time of purchase, and must be paid in full before you access any Online Course. Where you cancel within the cancellation window above, we will refund the Fees paid for the cancelled Services to your original payment method.
Any fees charged by your own debit or credit card provider in connection with the purchase are for your own account, and Swiss Innovators Club is not responsible for these.
How to request a cancellation or refund
To cancel within your 3-day window, contact us at support@feydey.com (or info@swissinnovatorsclub.com) with your registration details. We will confirm your cancellation and process any refund due.
